Bronze Man Books hosts the first annual Haiku Poetry Slam at Perkinson Music Center at Millikin University.

Bronze Man Books had its own table at Millikin University's Fall Family Weekend Oakstreet Festival. Children (and adults too) enjoyed listening to the Bronze Man Books staff read books while coloring their own Bronze Man Books bookmarks.

Bronze Man Books staff celebrates the close of the Spring semester with a picnic at Millikin University.

4.19.2007 and 4.14.2007 • Taylorville, Illinois Book Readings
Two readings from Laura Podeschi's "Ants in the Band Room" in her hometown of Taylorville, IL and the Public Library and the Book Emporium.

4.13.2007 • Mathematics of Fire Release Party
Author Josh Wild, along with Bronze Man Books, officially released his new poetry chapbook, Mathematics of Fire. Laura Podeschi also attended to sign her new book, Ants in the Band Room.

4.12.2007 • Celebrating Poetry Month!
Bronze Man Books and the Decatur Area Arts Council hosted poetry night with readings from many Millikin poets at the Decatur Area Arts Council in the Madden Arts Center.

3.20.2007 • Mathematics of Fire Sew Fest
Bronze Man Books and friends hand sewed each copy of Mathematics of Fire.

2.22.2007 • Ants in the Band Room Release Party
Laura Podeschi reads her new book, Ants in the Band Room and does a book signing in Staley Library at Millikin University.
